Every pipe lining repair is started with a full video inspection and/or electronic leak detection to determine the severity of the pipe damage, possible instrusion (roots, concrete) and type of pipe (diameter, material, length). Next the pipe is jetted or cleaned out if roots or other debris are inside pipe. After cleaning, the pipe liner is prepared and installed thru a sewer manhold, plumbing cleanout or other existing plumbing access point. The new pipe liner is than inflated and left to cure for 3 hours. After a final video inspection the pipe is put back in service. Everything is performed on your property and liners are prepared onsite for fast installation.

Bradenton Luxury hotel called for emergency pipe repair. The upstream pipes under the concrete entrance were reportedly filed with cracks, corrosion, and leaking water. We sent a tech onsite to perform a full investigation inspection of the pipes and use our CCTV to perform a full video. We then reviewed the video with the client and explained the pipe failures. The client advised that they would like to move forward and perform a full pipelining job. Our pipelining team stepped in and performed a full job spec survey and ordered the calibration material, pipeline material and components. After cleaning / removing the debris from the the pipe, we pipelined all the pipes to our industry level standards with great success.
