Fort Lauderdale Trenchless Pipe Lining - Ft. Lauderdale Pipe Repair

Trenchless pipe lining or CIPP (Cured In Place Pipe) has been in use for over 25 years across the United States. It was primarily used by large municipalities and the industrial sector along with large commercial properties (Malls, Hotels, Restaurants, Shopping Centers). In the past 5 years a lot has changed in the pipe lining business and we are proud to offer all pipe lining services to Fort Lauderdale homes and businesses. It is no longer required to dig up your driveway, flooring, sidewalks, landscaping and concrete foundation to repair a damaged or broken sewer pipe, water main line, storm drain or other plumbing pipe systems.

Each pipe lining or pipe relining job is started with an extensive inspection. Our pipe repair experts use CCTV video inspections to get a complete picture of your underground pipes. The video inspection will help us in determining the type of pipe (pvc, copper, concrete, iron, steel, clay) the diameter of the pipe and the condition (corroded, cracked, leaking seams, roots inside pipe, pipe collapse) of the pipe that is suspected. After the pipe specs are determined, the pipe lining technician sets up the relining equipment and prepares materials for installation. After the plumbing team confirms the pipe is cleaned out (debris, roots, corrosion), the pipe liners are installed through an access point. Once the pipe liners are in place, it takes 3 hours for each liner to cure. After curing, the rehabbed pipe is inspected one more time using video, and if the pipe passes inspection, service to the pipe is turned on.

Fort Lauderdale Trenchless Pipe Repair FAQ's

Question: How much does CIPP cost compare to full pipe replacement?

Answer: Generally speaking, CIPP or trenchless pipe lining is usually cheaper. One of the biggest expenses when a pipe is replaced is the trench and/or damage caused by the digging of the trench. CIPP is also getting cheaper due to improved materials and install methods.

Question: Is it safe to use pipe liners in a sewer pipe?

Answer: Our pipe reliners meet ASTM specs to last a minimum of 50 years. It also seals the entire length of the sewer line, eliminating joints, seams and connection points. The newly lined pipe is also chemical, root, corrosion and leak resistant.

Recent Project: Fort Lauderdale Pipe Lining

Type: Commercial Trenchless Pipe Lining

Problem: Sewer line completely stopped.
Location: Fort Lauderdale, Florida – Broward County

Property manager in Fort Lauderdale called in to have a clogged sewer pipe inspected. We performed a full video inspection of the pipe and found 90% blockage from root and cracked pipe along with waste matter. The only viable option for this job was to perform a trenchless sewer repair, due to sewer line sitting directly above main entrance of building. After inspection and estimate, we prepared the material, calibration tubing and then added air pressure and monitored it until the liner bonded to the base pipe. We allowed 3 hours to cure and then put the sewer line back in service. A final video inspection was performed on the sewer pipe and site was cleaned.
