Port Saint Lucie Trenchless Pipe Lining - Port Saint Lucie Pipe Repair

Digging is a thing of the past when it comes to pipe repair or pipe rehabilitation. A technology called CIPP is now available to homes, businesses, goverments and property managers that lets us repair your underground plumbing pipes without the need to dig. The cured in place pipe technology has been around for over 25 years and it is getting better as the technology advances. What use to take weeks and tens, if not hundreds of thousands of dollars, can know be done in a fraction of the time and cost. Our pipe liners can be used to repair sewers, storm drains, manholes, copper pipe, water pipes and almost any other type of plumbing pipe used today. The epoxy resin we use is custom formulated to match the type of pipe you have (PVC, cast, steel, copper, clay, Orangeburg).

The two most common problems we see in Port Saint Lucie is cracked pipes from shifting soil and root cracked pipes. Most people notice a change in water pressure, sandy water, bubbles in water, slow sewer, poor flushing and clogs.

Trenchless Pipe Repair Installation

1. Each pipe in question is fully inspected using CCTV video cameras. This allows us to see underground pipe damage, diameter, roots and other important details that will be used to plan the pipe lining repair.

2. If necessary the sewer, water or drain pipes are cleaned out. This procedure removes large pipe pieces, roots, calcification and other debris that could have built up.

3. Pipe liners are cut to custom length and diameter. Epoxy resin mix is inserted into the seamless pipe liner. This pipe liner will be the new pipe and lasts a minimum of 50 years. The pipe liner is then inserted into the damage pipe and a air is used to inflate the pipe liner onto the old damaged pipe. The old pipe and new pipe become one after curing is complete.

4. Rehabilitated pipe is inspected by video and tested.

Answer: Yes, Orangeburg is a major problem due to the weakness the pipe develops from corrosion and wear. Recent Project: Port Saint Lucie Pipe Lining

Type: Trenchless Pipe Lining

Problem: Sewer clogging daily. Complete blockage now.
Location: Port Saint Lucie, Florida – Lee County

Strip mall in Port Saint Lucie, Florida has full sewer blockage. A sewer pipe has been causing sewer clog ups for several tenants in a Port Saint Lucie strip mall shopping center. We started the process with a video inspection of the sewer lines. Our inspector found major damage to the pipe, including corrosion, holes and many cracks in the main sewer pipe, which was causing waste to build up and cause a complete stoppage. The customer wanted to use our pipe lining job to rehabilitate this pipe and restore the pipe back to full capacity without having to tear up the parking lot. We prepared all the pipeline material and using our inversion unit we were able to insert the pipe liner material into the sewer line for installation. After installation and curing the pipe was re-inspected. This job was completed without any digging or destruction of any roads or concrete.
