Lakeland Trenchless Pipe Lining - Lakeland Pipe Repair

Digging and replacing underground pipes is no longer needed when a pipe is damaged. Lakeland home and business owners now have an alternative to costly pipe replacement. It is called trenchless pipe repair or pipe lining. The CIPP technology and pipe lining technology has been in use for over 25 years. CIPP or Cured in Place Pipe is a process of installing a new pipe inside the original pipe, creating a new strong, root resistant pipe that will last a minimum of 50 years. This process is performed using existing access to your plumbing, sewer, drain and water lines and pipes. This lets us avoid costly digging and excavation and speed up the job.

The average pipe lining job takes approximately 1 day or less. We handle the entire process with our own employees that have been trained to install pipe liners and repair underground pipe without a trench or digging. Trenchless pipe repair can be performed on almost every type of pipe found in Florida's underground plumbing systems including cast iron, copper, concrete, pvc and other popular pipe materials.

Pipe lining can be installed under driveways, concrete slabs, trees, streets, sidewalks, parking lots, flooring in homes, condos, office buildings, apartments, hotels, restaurants, motels, factories and other common residential and commercial buildings.

Lakeland Trenchless Pipe Repair FAQ's

Question: Is it possible to repair our water lateral in our condo? We are trying to prevent damaging the flooring and foundation in the condo, but 3 plumbers all said replacement is only option. I found your company searching for pipe replacement alternatives and would choose this method if available for condominiums.

Answer: We can perform pipe lining or CIPP on you condos plumbing lines, just call and we will come out and perform a video inspection to check the extent of damage and give you an estimate. Most of the time, trenchless pipe repair is much cheaper, especially when concrete foundation and flooring is involved.

Question: We had a local plumber come out and they inspected the sewer line and found a large tree root growing right thru the pipe. They said we needed to replace the pipe and possibly remove the tree. We don't want to have our yard destroyed and the tree removed and wondered if we could get the pipe repaired using your pipe lining process?

Answer: Yes, we can repair the pipe and prevent the tree from being cut down. We have tools that can cut the root growth out of the pipe. Once the new pipe liner is installed, the pipe will be completely root resistant. The tree will just grow roots around the pipe.

Recent Project: Lakeland Sewer Pipe Lining

Type: Trenchless Water Line Repair

Problem: Low water pressure, inside plumbing was inspected and ok.
Location: Lakeland, Florida – Polk County

Recent job at a local Lakeland restaurant. We first did a video inspection of a pipe leading to the city y-Sattle using a snake pipe video camera. We perform a video inspection on every pipe prior to performing any pipelining jobs. This is a must because it tells us how bad the damaged pipe is, what kind of material the pipe is made of and the diameter of the pipe. At this restaurant we performed a video inspection and determined that the pipe was in need of a repair or replacement. The owner chose to use trenchless pipe lining due to a cost saving of over $27,500, performing a pipe replacement was going to require the kitchen area to be excavated and the restaurant would have to be closed for up to a week while the replacement was performed. We started the job by measuring the liner, calibration tube, then we mixed the components, prepared resin-epoxy blend, compressed the liner to 100 percent saturation, transported the liner via the launching pit and increased the air pressure until the liner was in place and bonded to the old pipe walls. The liner was left to cure for 3 hours. We then performed a post video inspection with our see snake camera and the product was 100% successful with a perfectly sealed pipe liner. This was all trenchless and allowed us to replace this pipe without a mess or costly digging.
