Type: Trenchless Sewer Pipe Lining Repair

Problem: Complete blockage on sewer line.
Location: Gainesville, Florida – Alachua County

 

Government agency in Florida required a full pipelining job from a government building sewer pipe to the city sewer line to repair a major blockage. We used a video CCTV to perform a full line video inspection. We noticed missing pipe on the base pipe, broken joints, corrosion and a large pipe collapse blocking the complete pipe. Our mobile unit truck arrived on site and we took a complete site survey and measured all the material to specification. The survey took to precise measurements and was able to cut all the material to size for both the calibration unit and liner material. After the sewer line was cleaned out, the pipe liner was installed using air pressure and pulleys. After the cure time and bonding we re-inspected all lined pipes.
