Pinellas Park Trenchless Pipe Lining - Pinellas Park Pipe Repair
Digging up your home or business is no longer the best method for repairing or replacing a damaged sewer pipe, water line or other plumbing pipes. In the past when a home owner or business had a broken or cracked pipe, the only affordable option was to dig up the area around the bad pipe, which usually meant tearing up flooring inside the structure, digging up landscaping, driveways and parking lots. We offer the long lasting (50 year minimum life span) pipe repair / pipe replacement options. It is called CIPP or cured in place pipe (trenchless pipe lining). Using this process we actually install a new pipe inside your existing pipes to create a single seamless, joint less, corrosion and crack resistant pipe that will last at least 50 years.
Installation is a 4 step process and is usually performed without any digging. The first step is a complete plumbing inspection on the suspected system (drainage, sewer, water line). Once the damaged pipe is located, technicians create specs for the materials needed to create the new pipe. After materials are prepped and the pipe is cleaned out and taken out of service, the liner is installed inside the damaged section of pipe. The pipe is left to cure for 3 hours a final video inspection is performed.
Trenchless pipe lining has been in use around the world for over 25 years and the technology is improving and becoming even more cost effective to use over pipe replacement.
We offer a free Pinellas Park, Florida trenchless pipe repair estimate to all home, business and industrial owners as well as municipalities in need of pipe rehabilitation, replacement and repair.

Type: Trenchless Pipe Lining Repair Problem: Apartment complex having problems with water hookup.
Apartment complex manager called to report a major loss of water pressure in 2 buildings. We dispatched a crew to inspect water lines to the 2 buildings. Upon arrival our crew performed a video inspection on the incoming water lines and found a large break in the main water connection pipe to the split between both apartment buildings. Due to the location of the pipe, the best option was to perform a trenchless pipe repair. Our pipe lining unit was sent out to the location and performed a complete relining of the water lines. Each liner was installed completely without digging into any concrete or landscaping. After installation and curing the water main lines were re inspected using CCTV video and the pipes passed inspection.
