1. We locate the damaged pipe using CCTV.

 

2. The pipes are then cleaned; de scaled and root removal.

 

3. The pipe lining epoxy is embedded into the liner and inserted into the pipe for installation.

 

4. After the pipe has finished curing (3 hours) it is inspected, tested and water service is restored to the new refurbished / relined pipe.

Problem: Pipe Rehabilitation for broken pipe under driveway.
Location: St. Petersburg, Florida – Pinellas County

A St. Petersburg home owner called frantic that water was coming up through the spacer in his driveway. We immediately sent out a plumber to evaluate the problem. Our plumber performed a video inspection and found severe corrosion and damage to the pipe. Over three feet of pipe was severely damaged from a nearby tree. The plumber called in to dispatch a pipelining crew to re-line the sewer line for this residential customer in St. Petersburg, Florida. Our pipelining crew was able to rehabilitate the old broken pipe using Perma-Liner equipment and material. We used lateral pipe liners to rehabilitate the pipe using trenchless pipe repair technology. The pipe liner bridged the gaps in the old damaged pipe forming one new pipe.
