After prep is complete, the liner is installed underground through an access point or manhole and left to cure for 3 hours. Once the pipe lining is cured, a final video inspection is performed to confirm proper installation.

Problem: Condo pipelining for city sewer hookup.
Location: Spring Hill, Florida – Hernando County

 

Pipelining job in the city of Spring Hill, Florida. Condo association called for help with a sewer pipe problem. We arrived and performed a video inspection on the sewer pipe and found multiple cracks, and leaking joints that was causing bulky sewage to stop up and clog the sewer line. After reviewing the video and getting estimates for pipe replacement versus CIPP Trenchless Pipe Lining, they decided to use the trenchless method. We first looked and measured the distance between the main sewer line in the condominium building and the sewer connection and then measured the appropriate amount of pipe lining and calibration materials. Next we installed the pipe liner and then the calibration materials via a small access point near the road. After installation we let the pipe liner cure inside the old pipe between the sewer connection and the condominium building and then performed a re inspection of the pipe. The pipe was sealed perfect with our pipe lining. This will also prevent root intrusion, and anything that could normally damage the pipe.
