Received a call from a residential client and the client had root damage and old broken pipe. We used new pipe liner installed from one small access point without digging up the other end of the pipe. Measured to specifications. Components thoroughly mixed. Wet liner compressed through calibration roller to 100% saturation. Liner loaded in to inversion unit and transmitted to the launching pit. Once inverted liner reaches end pressure is balanced and liner is in place. Calibration tube is inflated with air pressure and monitored until liner is completed and cured. A post video sewer inspection confirms a good installation. Final result was a cured stand alone joint less pipe from the house to the city. The new pipe will prevent root intrusion, close holes in pipe walls, restore cracked pipe, seal open joints, bridge missing pipe. Our lateral inversion process allows for 22, 45 and sweeping 90 degrees bends to be lined.
