The installation process is simple:

1. A full plumbing inspection of the pipe underneath your parking lot is performed using video inspection and/electronic leak detection. After the damage is found, the epoxy resin is formulated and liners are cut to length.

2. Your broken plumbing lines underneath your parking lot is cleaned of all roots, corrosion and debris.

3. The pipe liner is installed and cured for 3 hours.

4. After curing, the plumbing lines are video inspected again to ensure coverage.

Type: Pipe lining under parking lot.

Problem: Sewer line clogging.
Location: Tampa, Florida - Hillsborough County

Property manager called in with complaints that their sewer line is stopping daily and they needed a full video inspection to find the cause. A master plumber and pipe repair specialist was dispatched to Tampa the same day. Our video inspection showed severe pipe damage to over 20 feet of the main sewer line. There was 2 option; the first option was to dig a trench over the damaged pipe in the center of the parking lot or option two was to perform CIPP to repair the damaged pipe without having to destroy any of the parking lot. The entire project was going to take less than 1 day to complete and cost less than half of a traditional pipe replacement with parking lot excavation and repair. The pipe lining projected started with a full cleanout of debris and broken pipe. Next the liner was soaked with the epoxy resin and inverted into the sewer line. Once the pipe liner was in place, the liner was set to cure for 3 hours. After curing we performed testing and a video inspection of the newly lined pipe.
