Installation of the pipe lining materials is fast and is performed via existing access points like a manhole or cleanout. Before every job, we do a complete video inspection of the suspected broken pipe to get pipe diameter, pipe material, length of damage pipe and to look for intrusions (cracked pipe, roots, concrete, rock). Next we cleanout the pipe if necessary, and the liner is inverted into the damaged section. After the pipe liner is in place, we use air pressure to expand the pipe liner onto the old pipe. After curing the liner is bonded to the old pipe, creating a new 50 year life pipe. A final video inspection is performed to ensure proper coverage, curing and flow.

A client in Pompano Beach, Florida called in about cracked pipes in a building lateral. The client wanted a trenchless job without the need for digging or having the burden of any liability. We performed a video inspection with our see snake pipe video cam unit and the determined that the pipe was in terrible shape but terrible was defined as having multiple cracks but the pipe was still intact just cracked. We decided to perform a pipelining job by using a Perma-Liner system. This works perfect for an application were you only have single access pipes. The relining system is able to rehabilitate the building lateral minus any destruction of the work site. Once the job was complete we used our see snake video cam and made sure the pipe lining was sealed and that the pipe was ready to access water flow.
