To perform a trenchless pipe repair / rehab we first take a video of the suspect pipe and surrounding pipes / plumbing. After the video inspection, the material (epoxy, resin, liners) is prepared while the damaged pipe is cleaned out (root growth, rebar, pipe fragments). After cleaning the liner is impregnated with the custom epoxy formula and the pipe liner is put in place. We allow 3 hours for curing. After the liner has cured we do a final video inspection and restore service.

 

The entire project is done without having to excavate or dig, which saves time and money. In the past, pipe replacement was the only option which normally meant digging a large trench over the damaged pipe, therefore creating expensive above ground repairs after the pipe was replaced.

Problem: Root damaged pipes and corrosion.
Location: Orlando, Florida – Orange County

 

Home owner in Orlando called complaining of no water pressure. A pipe lining team was sent out to perform a video inspection of the plumbing lines. The video inspection found crushed pipe with corrosion and roots. The pipe had leaking joints, cracks and roots invading over 25 feet of pipe. We installed a pipe liner and sealed the entire pipe from the city water connection to the home owners hookup. Once the pipe liner was in place, we performed another inspection to confirm a good seal, coverage and diameter. The newly lined pipe was now a single shot pipe from the main line. The pipe is now root resistant, and the pipe liner will make the pipe even stronger with a solid liner bonded to the base of the pipe. The entire project was done without causing any damage to the homes foundation or driveway.
