St. Petersburg Trenchless Pipe Lining - St. Pete Trenchless Pipe Repair
We are experienced trenchless pipe repair and pipe lining experts. Our trenchless pipe lining services can fix almost any type of pipe problem you have in your business or home, including corrosion, root growth inside pipes, cracked pipes from shifting soil and pipe separations. All pipe repairs are completed without digging or excavating your foundation, driveway, lawn, trees and other structures on your property. The pipe liner is installed inside your existing pipe to create a new, stronger pipe that is resistant to roots, corrosion, rotting, cracking and leaking. Our liners last longer than traditional pipe replacement and meets ASTM specs to last a minimum of 50 years underground.
The CIPP (Cured in Place Pipe) pipe liners are installed thru a plumbing access point (manhole, cleanouts or roof vents) using pressure to expand the new liner onto the old pipe and creating the epoxy resin seal in all cracks, crevices, seams and holes in the original pipe.
Installation is performed by a crew of trained pipe liners and is usually completed in less then a day. All trenchless pipe re-lines are performed by certified installers and master plumbers. The pipe relining installation is a four step process. The first step is a full video inspection of the damaged pipe, this step helps us determine the length and diameter of the pipe, the composition (PVC, iron, clay) and the type of cleaning needed to prep the damaged or broken pipe (root removal, rebar, broken pipe pieces and other debris). The second step is the cleaning of the pipe, this removes broken pipe pieces, root growth and other materials. The third step is liner installation, this is the crucial step that creates the new pipe inside your old broken pipe. The pipe liner is left to dry/cure for three hours. The final step is a video inspection to insure proper coverage and installation.
We offer a free trenchless pipe repair estimate to all home, business and industrial owners as well as municipalities in need of pipe rehabilitation, replacement and repair.

Recent Project: St. Petersburg Pipe Lining
Type: Trenchless Pipe Lining Project Problem: Water line leak in office complex.
We received an emergency call from the manager of a St. Pete Doctors office in a large office complex. They informed us that they had a water line leak from the city connection and needed a pipe repaired or replaced quickly. We arrived on location and performed a full video inspection. We found corroded pipe with large holes and missing portions of pipe were the seams use to connect together. The installation was started soon after the video inspection and pipe cleanouts. The pipe liner material was embedded with the custom resin epoxy blend and then our inversion unit was used to deploy the pipe liner. After 3 hours was allowed for the liner to cure, we took another video inspection of the internal pipeline and the pipe looked better than new and had no leaking joints. The entire pipe repair (pipe replacement alternative) was installed thru a shallow point in the plumbing system, this allowed us to essentially replace the pipe without digging up the parking lot or doctors office.
